Job Title: Café Manager
Location: Laleham, Staines-Upon-Thames
Hours: Full-Time, 37.5 hours per week (Some need for flexible working as required)
Salary: £27990 to £29840 per annum

We are currently looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Café Manager, to work in our new café location, the Lucan Tea Rooms in Laleham, to become part of our vocational offer for disabled and autistic people to enable them to gain important employability skills.
The postholder will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the Café and also for its future development. Day to day duties will include:
- Increasing local awareness
- Building local networks
- Marketing and social media campaigns to attract customers
- Devising menus, stock control and hot food preparation
- Upholding environmental health standards
- Supporting the training and development of volunteers
